Working Whilst Travelling

This past week, I travelled from South Shields…

To the United States

And ALL of the emails that I sent you?

Were written last week

I guess you could say that I’m a ‘time traveller’…

(As well as a globetrotter)

But truth be told?

I’m just organised

It wasn’t always this way, though

Back in the day?

It was a VERY different story

In fact, it was CHAOS

(I didn’t know my ar*e from my elbow a lot of the time)

And as a result?

It caused a LOT of stress

These days?

Instead of trying to do EVERYTHING at once?

I prioritise my workload…

And focus on the most important tasks FIRST

If something doesn’t need doing?

It doesn’t get done

It might sound simple…

But it’s amazing how many fitness business owners struggle with this

(I know this from experience, amigo)

Maybe you’re the same

If so?

Take a good, hard look at your ‘to do list’

And if there’s stuff on there that you DON’T need to do?

Take it off the list

Not only will this give you less to DO…

It will also give you less to THINK about

Which will give you more ‘headspace’

(And make it FAR more likely that you’ll actually get things done)
