I talk to a LOT of fitness business owners
And one of the most common questions that I get asked is:
“How much should I spend on Facebook ads?”
Well, it varies depending on WHO I’m talking to
(Some personal trainers DON’T need Facebook ads at all)

I want to know how much EACH client is worth
If every new client that you get is worth £500 per month?
And your average client stays for a MINIMUM of three months?
You could argue, that your average client has a ‘lifetime value’ of £1500
(Although, this figure could EASILY be improved)
So, in theory…
You could spend £1499 to ‘acquire’ that client, and STILL be in profit
However, I’m NOT suggesting that these are the margins that you should be aiming for
Use the example above to work out how much each new client is worth to YOU
And then figure out how much profit YOU want to make
Once you’ve done that?
You can start to figure out how much money you’re willing to spend on Facebook ads
If you even need them at all…
