When I first became a personal trainer…

Sixteen hour days were the ‘norm’

I was doing what I loved

And for a time?

I was happy to be busy

But before long?

I started to ‘burn out’

Long days become long weeks

And long weeks turned into long months

(And then YEARS)

I was making more money than EVER before

But my social life was suffering

And so were my personal relationships

Luckily, there WAS some light at the end of the tunnel

I changed my business model

I stopped offering 1:1 PT…

(Except to a small handful of existing clients)

And I focused my time and energy into building a bootcamp business

The result?

Even more money

A much better social life

And much stronger personal relationships with the people that I cared about

Why am I telling you this?
