Are you working today, mon ami?

You see, I don’t have a problem with personal trainers working weekends

In fact, some personal trainers ONLY work weekends…

And take the weekdays off instead

(Which lets them spend more time with their families)

But, if you’re working weekdays, weekends, AND evenings?

You’re probably overdoing it

You might not not feel it now…

But long term?

This sort of thing leads to ‘burnout’

(I’ve been there MANY times, in the past)
